Refund policy

Please note: All swimwear, apothecary products, and sale items are final sale. Returns for all other items are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition in their original packaging. Returns must be authorized in advance by contacting reservations@thecarpenterhotel.com. Returned items must be sent back by insured mail with a tracking number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
